A short walk from the west boundary of the property is Lake Koocanusa - an idyllic lake stretching 90 miles between the U.S. and Canada that enjoys a rare level of quiet. As-yet undiscovered, Lake Koocanusa has virtually no development on its ruggedly beautiful shores - most of the scenic shoreline is protected and will never be touched.

The emerald green waters are a paradise for water sports from the exciting - waterskiing, power boating and parasailing - to the serene - kayaking, house boating and wind surfing.
